Semantic-based Approach for Compliance Checking of Construction Industry
摘要
Abstract
Based on domestic and foreign research status in the field of model checking,this paper explores compliance checking of construction industry supported by semantic approach. Based on purely semantic approach from abroad,this paper adopts predefined mark-up method for the analysis and organization of the text in the specification,and produces the inspection report by executing rules. The semantic approach allows the software system to operate automatically or semi-automatically based on a predefined procedure. Furthermore,these rules can be applied to the semantic content of the building information model to perform the corresponding code checking. The paper uses the terms of the domestic architectural design specification as an example to handle the text by means of make-up method,conduct the specification ontology,and generate SWRL rules,which verify that applicable rules can be generated. The case study indicates that the experts in the field of AEC can develop applicable rules without the aid of programmers,which can significantly drop the time and costs for developing the model checking tools. Finally,the paper gives summary and suggestions for future studies of compliance checking system.关键词
