基于粗糙集的起重机械安全风险评价
Safety Evaluation of Hoisting Machinery Based on the Rough Set Theory
摘要
Abstract
In order to make effective control of the risks of hoisting machinery safety accidents,safety risk evaluation methods of hoisting machinery are proposed on basis of Rough Set Theory. According to site investigation on main bridge project for two bridges of Wuhu Yangtze River Road,the paper constructs one set of risk evaluation index system which can reflect overall potential safety hazards and safety situation of various hoisting machinery from three aspects as machinery, human and environment based on research methods like literature search,cases summary of hoisting machinery safety accidents and expert interviews etc. With Rough Set Theory,it makes attribute reduction and deletes redundant indexes for risk evaluation indicators,calculates weighted value of risk evaluation indicators,efficaciously avoids the problems of index weight determined by subjectivity,objectively mirrors the impact on hoisting machinery safety by various risk factors,and offers reference to risk decision for the staff. Finally,the results show that the weight of two main risk factors as human and machinery of the project occupies more proportion,and it shall strengthen risk control of these two aspects in safety management of hoisting machinery.关键词
