摘要

Abstract

To identify critical chain buffering time rationally,through the introduction of Z-number theory,the paper put forward a buffering calculation model which comprehensively considered the process risk,project risk and resource risk. Among them,the Z-number theory is used to demonstrate the uncertainty of process duration. The reliability of process duration estimated value determine process risk,and the overall level of the project resource tension indicates the project risk. The results show that the proposed model can reduce the negative impact risk factors exerting on project. Setup buffering time not only can protect project implementation effectively but also can avoid buffering waste. Finally,the result confirmed the superiority and practicability of proposed model with comparison of existing fuzzy buffer model from theory and data point of view.
