摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the real-time transmission and network control functions of the video surveillance,a video sur-veillance system based on Web architecture topology control is proposed. The system includes three-layer architecture of per-ceived control layer,network transmission layer and application service layer. The adaptive differential modulation technology is used for the quantization coding of the video. The optimized video coding algorithm is designed to reduce the video transmission de-lay and guarantee the high output quality. The mode combining the distributed topology and centralized topology is adopted to per-form the multimedia topology control of video surveillance. The signaling of Web server is constructed to carry out the structure op-timization design of the server. The API interface of Web video monitoring system is designed in the RTP protocol stack to control the output of video monitoring. The experimental results show that the system can improve the fidelity of surveillance video transmis-sion,reduce the packet loss rate and output delay,and ensure the output quality and real-time performance of video monitoring.
