摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of inhibitory porliferation,and chemo-sensitivity of apatinib on human cervical cancer cells. Methods:The effect of porliferation,colo-ny forming ability, cell cycle of apatinib on SiHa and HCC94 cervical cancer cell lines were measured by CCK-8 assay,clone formation test and flow cytometry,respectively. The expression of Cyclin D3 mRNA in cells was examined by RT-qPCR. The expression of Cyclin D3 in cells was detected by Western blot. The effect of chemosensitivity of apatinib to several kinds of an-tineoplastic drug for cervical cancer cell lines were detected by CCK-8 assay. Results:Apatinib inhibited cervical cancer cells growth in a dose-dependent manner, and arrested cell cycle at G0/G1 period. Apatinib can significantly reduce the expressions of Cyclin D3 in a dose-depend-ent manner and can increase the sensitivity to adriamycin and paclitaxel of cervical cancer cells in vitro. Conclusions:Apatinib can inhibit the proliferation, arrest cell cycle at G0/G1 period and enhance chemotherapeutic action of paclitaxel against cervical cancer cells in vitro.
