D3仅一枚优质胚胎患者新鲜周期不同移植方案的临床结局分析
Analysis on clinical outcomes of different transferring methods in patients who has only one high quality embryo on D3

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical outcomes of different transferring methods in patients who has only one high quality embryo on D3 . Methods:3286 infertile pa-tients from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2016 who underwent IVF-ET in our IVF center with only one high quality embryo on D3 were included in this study. There were 2677 fresh embryo transfer cy-cles. The patients were divided into three parts according to different normal fertilization num-bers:part A:only one normal fertilization embryo,part B:only two normal fertilization embryos, part C:more than two normal fertilization embryos. Three different transferring methods were used in different parts:group D3-1:one embryo transferred on D3 , group D3-2:two embryos transferred on D3,group D5-1:one blast transferred on D5. Clinical outcomes were compared in three parts used different transferring methods. Results:There was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate,early abortion rate,multiple pregnancy rate between group D3-1 and group D5-1 in part A(P>0. 05). In group B,clinical pregnancy rate and multi-ple pregnancy rate in group D3-2 were significantly higher than those in group D3-1 (48. 59%vs 33. 73%,19. 88% vs 0,P<0. 01). In group C,clinical pregnancy rate and multiple pregnan-cy rate in group D3-2 were significantly higher than those in group D3-1(52. 88% vs 40. 24%, 34. 34% vs 0,P<0. 01),implantation rate in group D3-2 was significantly lower than that in group D5-1 (34. 95% vs 46. 43%,P<0. 01),Multiple pregnancy rate in group D3-2 was sig-nificantly higher than that in group D5-1(34. 34% vs 1. 56%,P<0. 01). The rate of D5 high quality blastocyst formation in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B (68. 93% vs 46. 70% and 56. 67%,P<0. 01). The rate of abandon cycle in group C was sig-nificantly lower than that in group A and group B(13. 79% vs 32. 42% and 28%,P<0. 01). Conclusion:For patients who have only one high quality embryo on D3,Multiple pregnancy rate can be reduced by transfer one embryo. The utilization efficiency of embryos can be reduced by transferred on D5 . Higher clinical pregnancy rate can be obtained by transfer two embryos than one on D3;Higher implant rates can be obtained by transferred embryo on D5 .关键词
