摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the level of platelet-activating factor (PAF) in follicle fluid and IVF-ET outcome. Methods:In this prospective study outcomes were followed by 68 women undergoing 68 cycles in vitro fertilization. Patients were divided into three groups according to the level of PAF:low group (≤5. 9ng/ml),medium group (5. 9~11ng/ml),and high group (≥11ng/ml). Results:There was significantly negative correlation between the PAF and age (r=-0. 313,P<0. 05). The relationship between PAF and estrodiol was as that:when estrodiol level was more than 1000pg/ml,there was significantly negative correlation between two of them (r=-0. 378,P<0. 05). Conversely,when estrodiol level was at 1000pg/ml or less than that,there was significantly posi-tive correlation between two of them (r=-0. 800,P<0. 05). There was positive correlation between the PAF and the number of oocytes retrieved (r=-0. 249,P<0. 05). There were significant differences a-mong the three groups in 2PN rate and in high quality embryo rate (P<0. 05). Conclutions:PAF in follicular fluid had an effect on the IVF-ET outcome.关键词
