摘要
Abstract
The performance evaluation index system of dynamic near space platform system is established from six aspects,and then the grey hierarchy evaluation model is constructed.Aiming at the uncertainty of the evaluation results due to fuzzy data,the Monte Carlo (MCL) method is used to analyze the stability of the evaluation results.The simulation results show that evaluation results based on MCL and grey hierarchy model are almost same,so the evaluation results from grey hierarchy model for dynamic near space platform system are credible,one kind of method is provided for near space platform system effectiveness evaluation.关键词
