摘要

Abstract

High calcium Shenhua coal,and blended coal of Shenhua with Baikuang were gasified in a 350 t/d industrial circulating fluidized bed gasifier for 168 h,respectively.The operating characteristics and gasification properties were investigated.The agglomeration tendencies of Shenhua coal and blended coal were analyzed via SiO2-A12O3-CaO ternary phase diagram.The results show that the industrial gasifier runs stable either with Shenhua coal or blended coal.Agglomeration and defluidization phenomena are not observed.For Shenhua coal gasification,the cold gas efficiency is 71.96%;the carbon conversion is 86.90%;and the gas heat value is 5.59 MJ/Nm3.These results are higher than blended coal gasification with the same air flow rate.Adding Baikuang coal to Shenhua coal can increase the ash fusibility characteristics and move the ash location from anorthite zone to mullite zone.The formation of anorthite for blended coal gasification is less than Shenhua coal gasification,which is beneficial for the long run and stable operation of industrial gasifier.
