基于相位延迟的三电平Boost变换器中点电位平衡控制策略
A Midpoint Potential Balance Control Strategy Based on Pulse Phase Delays of Three-level Boost Converter

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of inherent midpoint potential shift of three-level boost converter,the accurate model of output voltage and deviation voltage were built by introducing an inductor current ripple-based modeling approach.The piecewise expressions of deviation voltage gains were derived,depending on pulse phase delays in different duty ratios.A control scheme with two different bandwidths bicyclic was designed,and the bias voltage enable module and the oscillation suppression module were introduced.Series compensation with PID and PI controller were adopted to improve the dynamic performance of the output voltage loop and eliminate the static error of deviation voltage loop.The correctness of the theoretical analysis and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy were both verified by simulation and experimental results.关键词
