Robust Security Economic Dispatch Considering Wind Power Curtailment

Abstract
Accessed with large scale wind power, the wind power absorption ability of power grid are restricted by reserve capacity and line transmission power. This paper proposed that setting an optimal wind power curtailment for making safety wind power output interval, in order to ensure that the reserve capacity is sufficient and the line transmission power is under limitation. In the aspect of arithmetic, this paper turned the BLP problem to a MILP problem so as to achieve the overall solution. Tested by improved IEEE 14 bus system, this method analyzed the influence on initial wind power output interval caused by reserve capacity and line transmission power respectively. Finally, a feasible safety wind power output interval could be achieved. The optimal results showed that the method was effective and feasible.关键词
