摘要

Abstract

Simulation experiment was carried out by using discrete element software EDEM and its two development,Mechanical energy consumption was set as the evaluation index of the crushing process and inner cone's vibration frequency,outer cone's speed,material filling rate and particle spherical degree were set as the influence factors,shear extrusion crusher energy consumption prediction model was established by response surface method (RSM)and its experimental verification was carried out.The results show that the energy consumption prediction model is reliable and the prediction results are consistent with the experimental results.The influence degree of various factors on the shear extrusion crusher is outer cone's speed,inner cone's vibration frequency,material filling rate and particle spherical degree.The best working parameters for shear extrusion crusher is inner cone vibration frequency by 55 Hz,outer cone's speed by 40 rad/s,material filling rate by 0.55 and particle spherical degree by 0.45.
