归芎消异方治疗中重度子宫内膜异位症的临床研究
Clinical investigation of Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang in treatment of moderate to severe endometriosis

Abstract
AIM To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang on moderate to severe endometriosis.METHODS Fifty patients of moderate to severe endometriosis were randomly divided into 2 groups,test group and control group,which were treated with Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang or triptorelin acetate for 3 months after a conservative operation.The changes were analyzed in serum carcinoma antigen 125 (CA125),degree of pelvic pain,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse drug reaction (ADR) after treatment.RESULTS There were significant decreases in CA125 and visual analogue pain score in both the 2 groups after treatment (P ＜0.05).Although the effects of triptorelin acetate were stronger (P ＜ 0.05),the incidence of ADR was also higher than Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang (39.13％ vs 13.64％,P ＜0.01).There was no statistical difference in pelvic pain relief and recurrence rate between 2 groups.CONCLUSION Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang is effective on treating chronic pelvic pain and slowing down the recurrence for patients with moderate to severe endometriosis.It is relatively safe and economic.关键词
