摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore an technique including L-shaped silicone implantation andautologous cartilage graft inclosed rhinoplasty. Methods Shield shaped Cartilage of auricular concha were harvested and fix on the tip of the L-shaped silicone implant as a graft, the combined implant were inserted via marginal incision as closed rhinoplasty. Results 62 cases were followed up for 2 to 5 years, nasal lengthen and tip improvement were obtainedin all cases, tip skin blushes appeared in 3 cases, cartilage outline appearance observed in 2 cases. Conclusion Combined applicationof aruicular cartilage and L-shaped silicone implant, is a good method for correction of mild or moderate short nose, the nasal tip is easy to reshap and the nasal damage is slight.关键词
