Abstract
Objective To summarize the application of e-PTFE in the rhinoplasty and the experience of prevention in complication. Methods We raised the nasal dorsum by e-PTFE, and reshaped the nasal tip through autogenous cartilage. The procedural was adopt to aseptic operation strictly. Results The total 366 cases of surgery was undergone in the period of January 2010 to June 2015. Postoperative results follow-up for 6 months to 1 year demonstrated that all these cases have obtained satisfactory effects with no infection, in addition to 5 cases of overlength nasal tip and 1 case of prosthesis migration where the patients were satisfied with the second treatments. Conclusion The research shows that the rhinoplasty could be reached the ideal effect through meeting the conditions of the application of e-PTFE to raise the dorsum of the nose, the adoption of autogenous cartilage in nasal tip, and the performance of aseptic operation .关键词
