Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of different negative pressure value on skin wounds healing when treated with self-made negative pressure drainage device. Methods 100 cases of chronic ulcerative skin wounds and traumatic skin wounds patients were selected from October 2014 to September 2016. Two types of skin wound patients were randomly divided into two groups: high negative pressure group (-201mmHg — -300mmHg) and low negative pressure group (-100mmHg— -200mmHg). After debridement treatment, the patients were treated with negative pressure drainage by self-made negative pressure drainage device. The negative pressure was collected every day during treatment until the wound healed ,the healing time was recorded too. Results In the patients with chronic ulcerative skin, the healing time of the low negative pressure group was (23.55±12.70)d, and the healing time of the high negative pressure group was (38.19±23.69)d, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the patients with traumatic skin wounds, the healing time of the low negative pressure group was (26.83±9.48)d, and the healing time of the high negative pressure group was (37.35±14.75)d, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The low negative pressure value of -100mmHg — -200mmHg can be more effectively promote the healing of wound surface by using a self-controlled negative pressure drainage device to treat chronic ulcer type and traumatic skin wound.关键词
