Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-21 (miRNA-21) gene and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β1) gene in normal skin and hypertrophic scar tissue, and to analyze its correlation. Methods Collected from 16 hypertrophic scar tissues and adjacent normal skin tissues formed by burn and plastic surgery department in our hospital, total RNA was extracted from normal tissues and Hypertrophic scar tissue. The expressions of miRNA-21 and TGF-β1 gene in hypertrophic scar tissue and normal tissue were detected by RT-qPCR. The detection results were analyzed and compared, and the correlation analysis was carried out. Results The expression of miRNA-21 gene in hypertrophic scar tissue was significantly up-regulated, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), its expression level was 2.18 times of normal skin tissue. The expression of TGF-β1 in hypertrophic scar was higher than that in normal skin tissue(P<0.05). The expression level of TGF-β1 was 2.31 times higher than that of normal skin tissue. There was a positive correlation between the expression of miRNA-21 gene and the expression of TGF-β1 gene in hypertrophic scar tissue(r=0.836, P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of miRNA-21 and TGF-β1 gene in hypertrophic scar tissue may be related to the formation of scar tissue.关键词
