复方药艾条灸青年脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖症临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Simple Obesity Patients with Spleen- Kidney - Yang Deficiency Type
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound medicine moxa stick moxibustion on obesity patients of spleen- kidney - yang deficiency type among the youth. Methods 100 obesity patients of spleen- kidney - yang deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups, medicine moxibustion group and pure moxibustion group, each group has 30 cases. pure moxibustion group treated by pure moxa stick, medicine moxibustion group treated by medicine moxa stick,the course of treatment is 20 days,to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results After 20 days of treatment, the weight and waistline of the medicine moxibustion group patients were significantly decreased compared with pure moxibustion group(P<0.05),and BMI index decreased, with significant difference(P<0.01).In pure moxibustion group, the total efficiency was 34%;In medicine moxibustion group, the total efficiency was 88%.Compared with two groups,there was significant difference(χ2=37.965,P<0.01). Conclusion Self-made compound medicine moxa stick moxibustion has significant efficacy in obesity patients of spleen-kidney - yang deficiency type among the youth.关键词
