中国碳交易下的工业碳排放与减排机制研究
Research on industrial carbon emissions and emissions reduction mechanism in China's ETS

Abstract
The development of energy-intensive industries brings rapid economic growth and meanwhile leads to massive emissions in China.China has launched seven ETS (Emissions Trading Scheme) pilots since 2013 to reduce emissions.Based on the panel data of industrial finns above designated size from 30 provinces,we used DID,PSM-DID and SFA to investigate the impact of ETS on industrial carbon emissions and carbon intensity,identify the influencing mechanism of the policy.The results showed that:①the policy has significant inhibitory effects to the industrial carbon emissions (4.8%) and carbon intensity (5.2%).② The policy increases energy technical efficiency and energy allocative efficiency by 0.03 and 0.08,respectively.③ The influencing mechanism is related to energy technical efficiency,and the emission-abatement effect from energy technical efficiency is greater than the emissionincrease effect from energy allocative efficiency,which causes the result that the policy achieve emission abatement eventually.Based on above conclusions,we give some suggestions,such as improving the related price and quota mechanisms,encouraging industrial enterprise introduce and develop new technology,and advocating using new energy and clean energy.关键词
