温度对拟环纹豹蛛生长发育的影响

摘要
Abstract
The wolf spider Pardosa pseudoannulata is one of the dominant predators in farmlands of south China.This research explored impact of temperatures on growth and development of P pseudoannulata,providing valuable information for artificial reproduction and protection of this spider.The consumption rate of nutrients in embryos was significantly different at different temperatures (25,30,and 35 ℃),vitellin consumption rate was max at 30 ℃,which was significantly faster than at 25 ℃ and 35 ℃ (P<0.05).The developmental time of spider was significant shorter at 30 ℃ when compared with 25 ℃ and 35 ℃.And,the generation survival rate was also the highest at 30 ℃.The temperature also exerted impact on spider ponderal growth,while other growth parameter was insensitive to temperature.In conclusion,the suitable environmental temperature for growth and development of P.pseudoannulata was 30 ℃.关键词
