摘要
Abstract
The 3D reconstruction of pelvic floor based on MRI can help to understand pelvic floor anatomy and assist the diagnosis of pelvic floor defect.At present,the 3D reconstruction of pelvic floor based on MRI include pelvis,pelvic organs,pelvic floor muscles,ligaments and so on,which is the latest method of studying pelvic floor.The author has researched the pelvic floor of young nullipara,the women at full-term late pregnancy or with radical hysterectomy and POP patients,and found that with this method the pelvic floor can be observed in different states,which helps to understand the anatomy and function of pelvic floor abnormalities,assist the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfuctions,which is more advanced than pelvic ultrasound.But the three-dimensional reconstruction of pelvic floor is based on MRI examination,which is more expensive,and the technology is relatively difficult to grasp,so it is suitable for scientific research,but has some difficulties in clinical promotion.关键词
