摘要
Abstract
The pelvic floor surgery can only restore the pelvic floor anatomy of patients with mild to severe pelvic organ prolapse and improve the quality of life of patients,but can not improve the pelvic floor electrophysiological function.There were no improvement in the electrophysiological indexes,such as muscle strength,fatigue,EMG and pressure of pelvic floor muscles,and the proportion of normal a3 reflex and pelvic muscle contraction could not be siguificantly improved.Therefore,we should pay attention to the electrophysiological evaluation after the pelvic floor surgery,and make the pelvic floor function rehabilitation treatment in time,so as to achieve the purpose of rehabilitating the pelvic floor both in anatomy and function.关键词
