Selection and application of pain-relieving materials filling in extraction sockets
摘要
Abstract
Pain is a common complication after tooth extraction.It can be divided into reactive pain after extraction,pain caused by local infection and dry socket.The pain caused by dry socket is the most severe one.And pain relief is the main treatment.The mild pain can be relieved by oral analgesic drugs,while for the severe pain,filling pain-relieving materials in extraction sockets can significantly reduce pain and improve the quality of life.To provide guidance for clinical practice,treatments and preventions of the pain after tooth extraction were introduced according to different causes.Furthermore,the advantages and shortcomings of different kinds of pain-relieving materials filling in extraction sockets were compared.关键词
