摘要
Abstract
Oroantral perforation is one of the most common complications of extraction of teeth.If the perforation is not detected or treated improperly,it will lead to serious consequences,such as maxillary sinus fistula and maxillary sinusitis.At present,the treatment for oroantral perforation is mainly divided into surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.With the deepening of the concept of minimal invasion and the development of biomaterials,the use of biological materials for filling and other non-surgical methods in the treatment of oroantral perforation have been more and more widely promoted.At present,the filling materials used in the treatment of oroantral perforation include:nonabsorbable material,absorbable material and blood material.This review will introduce the clinical data of filling materials for oroantral perforation,to provide reference for the treatment of oroantral perforation.关键词
