摘要
Abstract
Liver is the main target organ in the blood metastasis of advanced gastric cancer.Currently,liver metastases is the main cause of death in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Liver resection is still the preferred treatment to cure liver metastasis from gastric cancer.Most patients have lost the chance of radical resection because of the patients with liver metastases from advanced gastric cancer usually merged with serious extrahepatic lesions,such as peritoneal metastasis and lymph node metastasis.Therefore,it is usually necessary to take a holistic treatment plan,which combined with the general situation of patients,the pathological types of primary tumor and the degree of liver metastasis.关键词
