摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the clinical characteristics and outcomes of the patients aged over 70 years who received on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(on-pump CABG) surgery at our center. Methods It was retrospectively reviewed in 80 cases aged over 70 years diagnosed with coronary artery diseases and received on -pump CABG at our hospital from October 2001 to October 2016.The detailed clinical data of these patients were analyzed, such as the preoperative general situation ,coronary lesions,merge diseases,treatments,surgical procedures,postoperative recovery,complications and mortality. Results There were 2 deaths (2.5%) in hospital.The postoperative complications included 8 agitated delirium and 8 pulmonary infections.There were two cases underwent a secondary thoracotomy due to bleeding .4 renal replacement therapies and 16 atrial fibrillation were used as well. Conclusion On-pump CABG is a safe procedure when performed in elderly patients .关键词
