摘要
Abstract
Improving the quality of meat has become an important goal for livestock genetics and breeding currently.Intramuscular fat content is closely associated with tenderness,marbling,juiciness and flavor of meat.Fat accumulation and distribution in bodies not only impacts on production efficiency of livestock industry and meat quality,but also causes many major human diseases.Adipogenesis is a very complex process,which is regulated by many transcriptional factors,action pathways and regulatory network.Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is one kind of RNA which is longer than 200 nt and plays an important role in the regulation of adipogenesis.In this paper,we reviewed the characteristic and function of lncRNAs in adipogenesis.关键词
