Chinese DDGS Market Supply and Competitive Substitution Game: Review and Prospect of Feed Grain Market under the Background of "Supply Side Reform"

Abstract
In the context of "supply side reform",with DDGS as the main research object,also concerned about corn and soybean meal,starting from domestic market supply and foreign import market,this paper attempts to summarize the recent development of feed grain,and make the relevant forecast on these market conditions.The study found that DDGS had a great fluctuation and a large decline in the number of imports in the near future;the overall imports were still concentrated in the traditional North American market,but the future is likely to turn to Russia;the judgement for "AntiDumping and Countervailing" led to higher import costs;domestic demand for DDGS was not enough.The corn-related research found that abolishment of "temporary storage policy" resulted in corn imports decline,while domestic corn is expected to a higher future price.The soybean meal-related study found that the feed grain market for soybean meal demand steadily increased,and the effect of replacement of soybean meal to DDGS is obvious.The future development of China's feed grain market needs to take into account the domestic and foreign aspects of the industry to promote the healthy development of the two markets,specifically,with the help of the international market,reducing the supply pressure on feed for grain to rations to ensure the food security;in the domestic market,stimulating domestic consumption to speed up the food market circulation,ensuring food production and the enthusiasm of production for farmers.关键词
