Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with Xuebijing injection in treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning ( ASOPP ) and its effect on inflammatory factors . METHODS:90 patients with ASOPP admitted into the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Chifeng University from Dec.2009 to Dec.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table , with 45 cases in each .The observation group was given hemoperfusion combined with Xuebijing injection , while the control group was treated with Xuebijing injection alone .Improvement times of consciousness , levels of plasma cholinesterase and serum inflammatory factors , and incidences of complications of two groups were observed . RESULTS:The improvement time of consciousness of observation group [(1.40 ±0.42) d] was significantly shorter than that of the control group [ ( 2.81 ±0.67 ) d ] , with statistically significantly difference ( P <0.05 ); after treatment, level of plasma cholinesterase of observation group [(1241.22 ±89.42) U/L] was significantly higher than that of the control group [(843.21 ±67.78) U/L], with statistically significantly difference (P<0.05); after treatment, levels of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 were significantly lower than those of before treatment , and those of observation group were significantly lower than the control group , with statistically significantly differences ( P <0.05 ):there was no statistical significance in the difference of complications between two groups (P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with Xuebijing injection in treatment of ASOPP is remarkable , which can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors .关键词
