Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the methods of clinical pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical care for patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery complicated with infection . METHODS:Clinical pharmacists participated in the therapeutic process of 1 cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery complicated with infection , so as to give advice and suggestions .RESULTS:Clinical pharmacists gave assistance to clinicians in the formulating and perfection of therapeutic regimen , timely and effectively dealt with the adverse drug reactions induced by levofloxacin injection and vancomycin injection , conducted the propaganda and education of medication for medical workers , patients and their families .The patients went better and left hospital after anti-infection therapy and other related treatment .CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists should give full play of their strengths , give assistance to clinicians in formulating individualized therapeutic regimen , which contribute to improve efficacy , reduce adverse reactions and promote clinical rational medication .关键词
