听骨链触动试验在慢性化脓性中耳炎术前评估的应用
Ossicles Tapping Test in Preoperative Assessment for Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

Abstract
Objective To report use of ossicles tapping test under ear endoscopy during preoperative assessment for chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods A total of 38 patients (39 ears) with chronic suppurative otitis media were enrolled. Preoperative examination included ear endoscopy, endoscopic ossicles tapping test, pure tone audiometry, tym-panic membrane patching test, eustachian tube function test, temporal bone CT, etc. Operative methods were chosen based on examination results. The relationship between ossicles tapping test and tympanic membrane patching test be-fore surgery and the actual ossicular mobility observed during surgery was analyzed. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ossicles tapping test were 89.5%, 80%and 84.6%, respectively, and only 50%, 57.59%and 54.5%, re-spectively, for tympanic membrane patching test. Conclusions Assessment of the tympanic cavity and ossicular chain mobility using ear endoscopy with different angle shows a promising correlation with actual surgical findings. Preopera-tive ear endoscopy therefore has important clinical values in evaluation of ossicular chain conditions in chronic suppura-tive otitis media.关键词
