摘要
Abstract
This article reviews the history and current status of endoscopic ear surgery,and describes in detail as-sociated technical difficulties. Based on otological techniques used and equipment requirements, various approaches to categorize endoscopic ear surgery are proposed, including categorization based on utilization of otoendoscopic devices as a tool or based on the location, approach and technical requirement of the surgery. Finally, two evaluation indexes of minimally invasive capability for endoscopic ear surgery are proposed. The objective of this article is to, through illus-trating classification of endoscopic ear surgery, provide assistance or guidance to institutions or individuals involved in utilization of the endoscopic technique.关键词
