Effects of Different Organic Fertilizers on Yield and Quality of Sweet Sorghum

Abstract
The effects of different organic fertilizers on the yield and quality of sweet sorghum were studied with sweet sorghum variety'Hunnigreen'(Sorghum saccharatum Moench),chicken manure and biochar were used as base fertilizer.The results showed that the growth rate of sweet sorghum was the highest and the yield was the highest when the chicken manure and biochar were used as the base fertilizer.When the chicken manure was applied,the content of neutral detergent fiber was decreased,the content of acid detergent fiber,crude protein,crude fat and adsorbed water were gradually improved,but the difference was not significant.Comparison with single application of chicken manure,when biochar was applied as base fertilizer,the plant growth rate and dry matter yield were increased not significantly,but the content of crude ash was significantly improved.Comprehensive comparison,3 kg/m2 biochar + 2 kg/m2 chicken manure was the best treatment for sweet sorghum yield and quality.关键词
