摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the real-time performance and control precision of corrugated crosscut machine,on the basis of AC servo control system mathematical modeling,because windows operating system had the shortcoming of weak real-time characteristics,the system "Windows+RTX" as the PC software operating platform was adopted.DSP as the target embedded system,data interaction by using dual port RAM,control system by using neuron PID algorithm,had the advantages of good self-learning ability,adjusting speed fast and small overshoot etc.The study showed that the control system had the advantage of high automation degree,high cutting precision and stable performance.
