Development of Numerical Simulation Methods for Rapid Solidification Process of TiAl Alloys
摘要
Abstract
TiAl alloy had a great potential for applying in aerospace and automotive due to its high temperature resistance,good creep resistance,good oxidation resistance,and so on.But its application was limited by the low ductility at room temperature.In order to improve its property and performance remarkably,rapid solidification process research on TiAl alloy was carried out.In the context of the continuous improvement of computational materials science and the steady improvement of computing technology,the numerical simulation of rapidly solidified process has penetrated into all aspects of the forming process of TiAl alloy and the study of cooling rate on microstructure of TiAl alloy during rapid solidification process had been investigated,too.In this paper,the rapid solidification process of TiAl alloy and the related fields of numerical simulation are summarized;and the development status and prospects of the development and the existing problems are analyzed.关键词
