摘要

Abstract

Real time analysis and judgment of the quality defects of casting slab was one of the foundations of the hot transporting and hot charging rolling.At present,a variety of casting slab quality judgment methods had been developed,mainly include manual judgment methods,physical judgment methods,artificial intelligence judgment methods etc.In this paper,the quality judgment methods of continuous casting slab analyzed and introduced.And summarized these methods were used to develope systems,and it's applications were introduced.On the contrary,these judgment systems still have problems.The effect of field application of the current development of the continuous casting slab quality judgment system is not ideal.However,with the rise of the fourth industrial revolution,it brings new opportunities for analyzing quality defects of billet on time.
