Abstract
The effect of niobium content on the microstructures and mechanical properties of Si-Mn hot-rolled dual-phase steel was investigated.The results show that the martensite in the dual-phase steel presents different microstructures under different niobium contents,leading to different mechanical properties.When the content of niobium in the dual-phase steel is around 0.073%,microstructure of the steel is composed of irregular polygonal ferrite,a little retained austenite,island-like and lath-like martensite.In which,the volume fraction of martensite is 18.3%.The grade of strength in the dual-phase steel reaches 780~800 MPa due to the inner high dislocation density.关键词
