摘要
Abstract
The effect of element addition on tensile strength and hardness of 6061 aluminum alloy was investigated by Cr and Mn micro alloying,and the solid solution and aging heat treatment process was optimized.The results show that the optimum amount of 6061 aluminum alloy with Cr and Mn elements are 0.15% and 0.2% respectively;the best aging process of the alloy with 0.15%Cr+0.2%Mn addition is 180 ℃×6 h;the tensile strength and Brinell hardness of 6061 alloy with 0.15%Cr+0.2%Mn addition increase after solution and aging heat treatment,while the ductility decreases.关键词
