摘要
Abstract
The low sulphur and phosphorous Si-Mn series low alloy cast steel have been heat treatment with pre-normalizing at 860 ℃ and quenching treatment at 890 ℃,then it was tempering treatment with 110,220,440 and 600 ℃,respectively.The microstructure and mechanical properties of these alloys were investigated.The results show thatthe microstructure is mainly lath martensite and distributed small amount of retained austenite and lower bainite with tempering at 220 ℃,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are best,the hardness is 48 HRC as well as the impact value of V notch is 41 J/cm2.The hardness of the sample is significantly reduce,and the impact toughness increase slightly with increasing the tempering temperature.关键词
