摘要
Abstract
The effect of quenching temperature at 940,1 000 and 1 060 ℃ on microstructures,mechanical properties and wear resistance of high boron steel was studied.The results show that under the different quenching temperatures,the microstructure of the steel is composed of martensite,boride and small amount of retained austenite.As the quenching temperature increases,boride transforms fiom isolated poles,blocks and granular to a continuous network;the hardness of the steel decreases firstly and then reduces,whereas the weight loss decreases firstly and then increases.When the steel is water quenched at 1 000 ℃×l.5 h and tempered at 200 ℃×3 h,the hardness reaches maximum of 53 HRC and the wear weight drops to a minimum of 14.2 mg,and the hardness and wear resistance increase by 1.07 times and 2.28 times respectively compared that when the steel water quenched at 940 ℃.关键词
