摘要

Abstract

The coating deposition was prepared on the high-speed steel tool surface by unbalanced magnetron sputtering ion plating method,the microscopic morphology,phase composition and friction and wear properties of the coating was investigated,and the cutting performance of coating cut tools was comparative analyzed with without coating.The results show that the coating on the surface of the high speed steel is compact structure,uniform,and achieve a good metallurgical bonding with the substrate;the phase of coating under different bias are mainly Cr,Cr2N,CrN and Fe3Mo3N;It could work under 600 ℃,the coating on the high speed steel curer surface has high thermal friction and wear resistance,on the country,it will be a relatively poor heat friction and wear performance above 600 ℃;The unbalanced magnetron sputtering ion plating deposition coating on the high speed steel cutter surface can be a good impact on the cutting edge of protection,and can inhibit or reduce tool wear.
