汽车焊装夹具的表面喷涂与耐磨性能研究

摘要
Abstract
The nickel base tungsten carbide powder was used as the coating material,using the method of plasma spraying and acetylene spray welding on the surface modification of automobile welding fixture,the microstructure,phase composition and porosity under different thermal spraying technology were investigated,and the wear resistance of two kinds of coatings were analyzed and compared.The results show that the phase composition of plasma spraying coating and acetylene flame spray welding coating are γ-Ni,W2C,Cr7C3 and WC,and the gray,white and black holes are found in the coating.The porosity of the flame spraying coating is relatively smaller than that of the plasma sprayed coating;the wear mechanism of automobile welding fixture matrix materials are abrasive wear and adhesive wear,while the wear mechanism of plasma spraying coating and acetylene flame spray welding coating are adhesive wear.关键词
