Failure Analysis and Improvement of 40CrMn Gear of Transfer Case Used in Mobile Crane
摘要
Abstract
The gear failure mode of the transfer case used in a mobile crane was analyzed,and the material,surface hardness and microstructure of the gear were investigated.The results show that the main cause of gear tooth failure is due to the pearlite and ferrite in matrix,and low surface hardness.The poor lubrication of gear tooth surface is directly cause decarburization annealing effect.It can solve the problem of the transfer case gear failure by improving the lubrication system.关键词
