加压等温凝固对Sn-Sb基合金组织的影响
Effect of Pressurized Isothermal Solidification on Microstructure of Sn-Sb Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The influence of ordinary solidification and pressure isothermal solidification on Sn-Sb alloy was comparison investigated.The results show that the alloy tissue is divided into different levels after adding Cu and Zn elements in the Sn-5% Sb alloys.Liquid Sn-Sb,Sn-Sb-Cu and Sn-Sb-Zn alloy under 749 MPa high pressure,the melting point can be improved,the cooling speed can be increased,and it improve the degree of supercooling and get the isometric grains.关键词
