铸造过程中高温钛合金Ti-1100变形的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of High Temperature Ti-1100 Titanium Alloy Deformation During Casting Process
摘要
Abstract
The deformation,the stress and temperature field of casting process for Ti-1100 titanium alloy framework were simulated and researched with finite element ANSYS software.In the first stage,the model of the graphite mould was set as RIGID,then set to VACANT.The results show that the casting internal and the upper patt has the lower temperature,and the higher temperature distribution in the bottom part and the pouring gates.At two tips of the fiamework castings have bending deflection along y axis.Stress concentration occurs in the comer of the internal structure of the castings.The results of the simulation and experimental exhibit a good agreement,which verify the accuracy of the simulation.关键词
