摘要

Abstract

The compound modification of Na and Sr on Al-Si alloy and the mutual influence of these two kinds of modifiers were studied when the sodium salt and Al-10Sr master alloy were added.The results show that combining additions of Na and Sr have synergistic effects on eutectic silicon.However,combining additions of sodium salt and Al-10Sr change the absorption rate of Na and Sr,and the presence of sodium salt can lead to Sr both content and absorption drop significantly,while Sr promote the absorption of Na.It is considered that such difference is resulted from the reaction between sodium salt and Sr.The modification effect is determined by the contents of Na and Sr.For Al-Si alloy containing Si 9%,combining additions of (10×l0-40%~12×l0-40%) Na and (48×10-40%~99×10-40%) Sr can get a better modification effect.
