Application of Taguchi Method in Optimization of Power Spinning Parameters
摘要
Abstract
The orthogonal experiment was designed by choosing the spacing between the core mold and the wheel,the temperature of heat treatment and the feed radio,and the mechanical properties of connecting rod bushing were discribed by brinell hardness,yield strength and tensile strength.The optimal combination of parameters and the order of influence on mechanical properties of the connecting rod bushing were obtained by using Tagnchi method and analyzing the signal-to-noise ratio.The parameters combination after optimization and those before optimization were compared and tested.The results show that parameters of power spinning can be optimized effectively by using Taguchi method,so that the connecting rod bushings after spinning can have better mechanical properties.关键词
