摘要

Abstract

The construction of intelligent Q420FRE refractory steel as the research object,using Gleeble3800 thermal simulation testing machine on the microstructure transformation and weldability,welding heat affected zone,and Q420FRE of 40 and 60 mm thick steel plate inclined Y groove welding crack tests had been carried out.The results show that the Q420FRE intelligent retractory steel,in a larger range of cooling rate (3~600 s),the microstructure mainly for granular bainite,hardness value ranges are HV0.2186.7~207.4.Within the large energy input welding,the welding heat affected zone coarse grain zone group stability,stable performance,can adapt to the large heat input welding.The thickness with 40 and 60 mm steel plate of Q420FRE are gas shielded are welding with the BHG-2 wire,and the preheating temperature is 50 ℃ and 75 ℃ for preventing the welding cold cracking,respectively.
