Development of Control System for Melting Process of High Strength Al-Cu Alloy
摘要
Abstract
In order to optimize the melting process in a crucible resistance furnace for Al-Cu alloy,a control terminal RTU was designed based on two MCUs to realize temperature control with the sectional PID control.Application shows,after thorough consideration of the thermal stability of the controller,the accurate temperature control of smelting process can achieved by the configuration of temperature control and detection module,in the refining temperature range of 730 ~ 750 ℃,the absolute accuracy can be controlled in less than 1.2 ℃.关键词
