摘要

Abstract

The accurate control of filling pressure was helpful to improve the quality of aluminum alloy castings during vacuum differential pressure casting.Through the analysis of the process and the filling requirements of the thin wall aluminum ahoy vacuum differential pressure casting,the control requirements of filling pressure were clearly defined.Then,the hardware platform of the control system was designed by using microcontroller as the controller,the PID algorithm was improved by particle swarm algorithm,and the improved PID algorithm was used as the core of the software control.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the filling pressure control system designed are tested by experiment simulation.
